Always fast and responsive Matt always fixed anything quickly (which hasn’t been much at all) and never had any issues with communication. I made the move from a couple hours away and Mason made the viewing and application process super simple and is always very friendly. I would recommend XS to anyone looking for a great rental company.

We have lived at Riverbend Estates for the past 12 years and with Rent XS things have only got better for us and the building as a whole. We have lived at Riverbend Estates for the past 12 years and with Rent XS things have only got better for us and the building as a whole.
They have been putting in a lot of work to make sure the building is safe and beautiful. Team members are always quick to answer questions and deal with any issues that come up. They are all very polite and accommodating as they always hold the understanding that this is people's homes on top of their investment.
We are happy to keep living here as it is our home and we are very happy XS has shown they want to make this a better place than it already is. We hope to stay here for a long time to come.
