What would you do with $2750 in your TIP Jar? Your TIP Jar is the Rent XS Tenant Incentive Program that helps you save while paying your rent. The longer you stay, the more we pay! 

After living in a Rent XS Community for one year, we will automatically enroll you in the program and start filling your jar by depositing a cool $250. Each following year, you will receive $500 in your TIP Jar! 

After certain term requirements are met the funds in your TIP Jar may be withdrawn and your place in the program reset, or you can watch your balance grow year after year! 

Start thinking about pina coladas on the beach or that new car smell. With Rent XS TIPs, they are sure to become a reality.
